At GolfN Pro Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your equipment and apparel. If your purchase doesn't help you lower your score, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, club headcovers, and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
